On-site Training

Training at the customer site can be provided for both EOS and RSD Folders running on z/OS, Unix and Windows server platforms and for all client interfaces.
For each module selected the following is provided:

A theoretical presentation

Practical exercises
-
A training manual for each participant
On-site prerequisites:

The customer is expected to provide a room with the following equipment:
- A training room with a screen and an overhead projector
- 327x terminals and/or PC workstations connected to the host

An analysis of the customer training requirements will be done in advance by the instructor, in conjunction with the product administrators, in order to customize the on-line training environment.

The maximum number of students per class is 10.

For North America, please note that a minimum duration of 3 days training is required.
