Global Archive expands the capabilities of RSD Folders by facilitating the inclusion of SAP™ R/3 data, print lists, incoming and outgoing documents into a single, secure resource for complete records management, content archiving, auditing and e-discovery.  It enables the efficient capture, storage, retrieval and accurate classification of all SAP-generated content, allowing organizations to maximize their investment in RSD Folders and SAP solutions.

Global Archive is an optional RSD Folders component that:

• Enables easy access to SAP content from any RSD Folders client option
• Integrates SAP content into custom applications via the RSD Folders API
• Facilitates classification of SAP documents according to their business purpose and SAP classifications
• Permits SAP content archived in RSD Folders to be accessed via the SAP user interface
• Is an SAP Certified Integration for RSD Folders 5.1 with BC-AL 6.20, and an SAP Certified Integration for RSD Folders 5.1 with BC-HCS 6.20  
• Is Java-based, running on any web server
• Supports RSD Folders Unix and Windows server platforms
