RSD Announces Extension of Offer to Replace HP’s Autonomy

Leading information governance solutions provider offers free license to existing Autonomy customers

Geneva, Switzerland, November 28, 2012. RSD, the leading provider of information governance solutions for the enterprise, today announced the extension of an exclusive offer to existing HP Autonomy customers: the opportunity to receive a free license to RSD GLASS® Policy Manager when replacing Autonomy Records Management with RSD GLASS.

“In response to customer demand for a better information governance solution, RSD announced an Autonomy replacement offer back in September. In light of recent accounting impropriety allegations between HP and Autonomy, we have realized it is absolutely critical that we extend our offer from December 31 to March 31,” commented Tamir Sigal, Vice President of Marketing and Strategy at RSD. “Customers deserve better.”

From now to March 31, 2013, RSD will offer existing Autonomy records management customers a complimentary limited license for Policy Manager when replacing their deployment with RSD GLASS. RSD GLASS is a patent-pending enterprise business solution used to manage global corporate information governance programs for electronic and physical records.  Using RSD GLASS, companies create corporate policies that are actively enforced across organizational and jurisdictional boundaries, IT systems, shared drives, content repositories, and paper archives.
