  • RSD Folders manages the capture, storage and retrieval of all content and facilitates inter-departmental cooperation for revising and annotating content. It provides a single secure point of access for rapid retrieval of information using criteria corresponding to an individual's work terminology or business vocabulary. Content access and search facilities are available via a secure Web client interface or any customized application using Web Services.

  • Mail2Folders facilitates, from within an e-mail client application, the archiving of e-mails directly in an IMAP folder that is managed by RSD Folders.
