Europe Telemarketing agent

Mission

The mission of the Europe Telemarketing Agent is to support the Europe marketing and sales teams by providing them with qualified leads to generate business opportunities with new and existing clients, and ensure the growth targets will be met and profitability is duly improved.

The key areas of responsibility of the Europe Telemarketing Agent include marketing and sales, and systems update and reporting. The person will be first focused on two main territories: France and Benelux on one hand, Germany, Switzerland and Austria on the other hand.

The Europe Telemarketing Agent will deal with internal and external customers, liaising with marketing, sales and presales groups.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Developing and accomplishing lead generation plan per region, meeting or exceeding monthly or annual defined targets.
  • Following up marketing campaigns and events to generate new prospects, identifying and qualifying opportunities for new business.
  • Identifying and qualifying within the installed-base client database business opportunities for RSD products and solutions in order to increase profitability
  • Identifying decision makers amongst the targeted leads, and engaging with them in order to identify new and emerging business opportunities and start sales process.
  • Outbound and inbound account management.
  • Creating and delivering qualified chances to Accounts Managers where allowed.
  • Building effective relationships with potential clients and existing customers, by use of appropriate questioning, clarification and language.
  • Representing the company in a positive and professional manner by speaking positively and enthusiastically about RSD and its products and solutions to ensure that a professional brand image is provided at all times to customers and colleagues.
  • Maintaining the client records up-to-date and accurate in the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM), and expanding the database in accordance with data protection requirements.
  • Carrying out data cleaning to provide accurate information and support for marketing campaigns and new business opportunities.
  • Providing the sales and marketing management with weekly reports about lead tracking and status as required.
  • Attending sales and marketing group meetings concerning targets or forecasts, reporting on market situation.
  • Participating in training sessions, meetings, skill building and professional development classes.
  • Conducting customer and marketing surveys

Education and Experience

  • College degree and/or Diploma in Marketing or Business related field.
  • Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing
  • Understanding of Enterprise IT Services/Solutions
  • Prior experience of Salesforce.com CRM an advantage.
  • Fluent in French and German.  Working knowledge of English.
