With 20 years of enterprise sales and management experience, Frank leads RSD’s North America operations with full P&L responsibility and is a member of the board.

Prior to joining RSD, Frank held various sales leadership positions responsible for direct and channel sales at Progress Software.

A charismatic and actionable leader, Frank is recognized for the ability to recruit, coach, and motivate high performance teams. Frank’s experience spans both public and early-stage companies including Progress Software, Incentive Systems, Deloitte, and Accenture - having held executive-level, sales, services, and corporate development leadership positions throughout his career.

Frank graduated Magna Cum Laude from University of Massachusetts-Amherst, Isenberg School of Business.
